In the two sessions, the General Admission Test CAT will be a post-graduate admission test and the CAT application will begin on 9th August 2017. IIM is offering equivalent postgraduate management programs such as PGDM, PGP, PGP-FABM, PGPEM, PGPPM, EPGPM, PGPSM and PGP-ABM MBA.
CAT 2017 will be a computer based test. Scores will be calculated and accepted by the top ranking management institute, including the IAM.

Qualification:
Candidates must have secured CGPA with at least 50% marks or equivalent. Candidates with disciplined population (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates and Disability (PWD) / Earth Abled (DA) category must ensure at least 45% marks.
Candidates must have passed any university or any other academic education appointed by the Central or State Legislature of India, which is recognized as the University of Dedicated or HRD qualification qualified by the Government of India.
Candidates who appear for the final year of Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent qualification and are eligible to apply who have completed the degree requirements.

New Delhi, which is recognized by the Indian University Association, is a Bachelor Degree equivalent university / institution recognized by the UGC.

Registration: Candidates should visit Katy's official website, follow the link provided to apply for iimcat.ac.in, or CAT 2017. Candidates need to register with their username and password.
Basic details: Candidates must provide their basic qualifications and academic qualifications in online application form.
Payment of application fee: Candidates need to pay the application fee through credit card / debit card / net banking.
Examination Center: Candidates will have to choose their preferred test center which is given on this page. Candidates can select any four test centers and the request for change in the examination center will not be considered.
Preview: Candidates must carefully submit all important details of the application and check it before final submission.
It can be seen that after the deadline, no change can be made in the CAT application form.
Cadet admission card 2017
The CAT 2017 entry card will be available for download on CAT's official website. Candidates can download their CAT admission card from 18th October to 26th November, 2017. The CAT admission card should be an important document and should be brought to the examination center on the day of the examination.
Candidates should know that the candidate will not be admitted to the post, hence no letter will be enjoyed in this regard. Candidates should know that an admission card is not an important document to be carried on in the examination center otherwise candidates' entries may be limited.
